About Capital

SAB Capital’s experience and reputation in the industry ensures our clients secure the most competitive financing available.

Our team’s sole focus on net lease financing has consistently delivered distinct advantages to our clients. As a capital advisor that has forged relationships with the most active and competitive lenders, we are able to leverage our volume of business and reputation for reliability, too secure the most equitable financing for our clients.

The types of loans that we have financed across the country include construction loans, interim financing and permanent debt. We have facilitated transactions for all sizes of borrowers such as private individuals, family offices, and institutional principals, and ranging from a small balance acquisition to refinances of whole net lease portfolios. Furthermore, our lending partners have funded both credit and non-credit net lease assets, both with short and long-term leases.

With over a decade of transacting net lease assets, SAB Capital has nurtured partnerships with lenders across the spectrum, including community banks, credit unions, regional and national banks, insurance companies, bridge lenders, conduits, hedge funds, and portfolio lenders. Although some of our lending partners may be household names, our history and relationship with a lending partner can pay dividends to our clients when terms are being negotiated or they need an extra push to get to the closing table.

Whether our client’s goals include flexible prepay penalties, short or long-term fixed rates, lease-matching amortizations, custom recourse structures, interest only periods, higher leverage, or simply a quick closing, our capital markets team is here to meet and exceed expectations.

The purpose of lorem ipsum is to create a natural looking block of text (sentence, paragraph, page, etc.) that doesn’t distract from the layout. A practice not without controversy, laying out pages with meaningless filler text can be very useful when the focus is meant to be on design, not content.
